Product FAQs

  1. Can I take all 3 products together?

    Yes, it’s perfectly fine to take all 3 products together. In fact, we encourage this! Each product is a building block to a superb immune system. We do however, also encourage that you take them at the recommended time for maximum benefits.

  2. When is the best time to take each product?

    AmZinc - take 1-2 capsule/s a day with meals.

    Mushroom Pro - take 1 capsule a day 20-30 minutes before a meal with an 8oz glass of water.

    ProbioAid - take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 at night

  3. What is the shelf-life of these products?

    All our products have expiration dates printed on them. For MushroomPro and ProbioAid the date is found at the bottom of the bottle, while for AmZinc it is found at the lower left part of the label. The expiration dates for the products do not change once the bottle is opened.

  4. Are all your products vegan-friendly?

    AmZinc - Yes

    Mushroom Pro - Yes

    ProbioAid - No; Contains Leucine from Duck Feathers

  5. Can my kids (below 18 years of age) take these products?

    We strongly recommend consulting a physician before letting your children take any supplements.

  6. Can I take these supplements while pregnant or nursing?

    Although it is completely safe to take supplements while pregnant or nursing, we highly recommend checking with your gynecologist before trying any supplements.

  7. Why does AmZinc have a different bottle compared to ProbioAid and MushroomPro?

    Our AmZinc product is made in India, while our ProbioAid and MushroomPro products are made in the USA. All three products and their ingredients have been carefully handpicked by the Nature’s Extract team.

Order FAQs

  1. How much will shipping cost?

    Delivery is FREE for areas within Metro Manila

    For delivery outside Metro Manila a shipping fee of P49 will apply.

  2. When will my orders be shipped out?

    After you have paid and your order confirmation has been received, delivery can be expected within 5-7 days (for addresses in Metro Manila), 7-10 days (for addresses in Luzon, excluding Metro Manila), or 7-14 days (for addresses in Visayas or Mindanao).

  3. Can I request for delivery via my chosen courier (ie Lalamove or Grab)?

    Should you wish to have your products delivered via your chosen courier, you may do so on your account and if your delivery address is within Metro Manila only. Please indicate that you will be arranging your own delivery in the remarks section upon checkout.

  4. What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer (BPI and BDO) and GCash

  1. I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it?

    In the upper right corner of our homepage, click on Account Log-in and select Forgot your Password. An email will be sent to your registered email address with instructions to reset your password.

  2. How do I edit my account information?

    Once logged-in, you may edit your account information by clicking My Account, then Account Details.
